  • Managing and Spervising the Service desk operation and Maintaining the Portal with necessary updates and configs.
  • Installing, Configuring & maintaining Windows Servers , Exchange Server, Database  and Antivirus Server, Office 365 .
  • Looking after the entire IT infrastrucutures(Network,Systems,IP Phones, CCTV,BPX, etc) of the company H.O. & Sites.
  • Installing , Configuring & managing Switches, Routers, Firewall, IPS, Servers,etc.
  • Performing daily operations to manage Network & Monitoring the Network Traffic.
  • Installing, Configuring & troubleshooting Desktop PCs, Laptops, Printers,Plotters, Scanners, eFax , IP Phones, etc.
  • Configuring & Mananging
  • Managing Storage Area Network with desired Company policies.
  • Implimenting and managing Company policies for the uses of IT Infrastructures as per ISO Standards.
  • Managing Bio-login Attendance System and Supporting ERP systems(MS Dynamics AX 2012) at server and client sides.
  • Maintaining Company Websites and Database system.
  • Maintaining the database of the IT infrastructures and planning for the future requirements.
  • Maintaining inventory of Shareware and software.
